PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING POLICIES BEFORE BOOKING: 

1. A $20 deposit is REQUIRED to confirm your booking. E-transfer only - sharonocheje@gmail.com. The remaining $60 may be paid via cash or etransfer.
2. You MUST have a brief consultation via email/text/instagram regarding the wig install. We will go over allergies, styling and any questions you may have.
3. A re-install (a wig that has already been cut/installed previously) MUST be revamped/washed prior to the install. You MUST drop off reinstall wigs at min. 48 hours to address provided after confirmation. (

1. This service is included in install price).
2. New wigs need to be dropped off 48 hours prior to install to be styled, plucked and/or bleached knots. Additional hair services will be subjected to additional charges. 

3. Please indicate whether your hair will be braided down prior to your appointment. Please ensure your hair is clean, thoroughly washed, and blow-dried before arrival. I will not be able to braid/slick down hair that is unwashed, wet, or not properly prepared.

4. Please have foundation of your complexion available to use at your appointment.
5. Please ensure the area install will be done in is well lit and has open electrical sources.
6. Use "etransfer" payment method at check out. Your billing address should be the address of install location.
7. There is no strict cancellation policy, however the deposit is non refundable. You may use the deposit for another appointment date at the installer’s discretion. 

* The result of your install is highly dependent on the preparation and quality of hair/lace being used. We highly endorse reputable vendors like HairVivi and Wigdealer for flawless installations, alongside our exclusive Luxury Wig Collection and Custom Luxury Units. Clients opting for installations with wigs from our collection enjoy discounted rates. However, we accommodate all types of hair vendor wigs with equal enthusiasm!
